  • Current distribution known : known from Pool Malebo (Stanley Pool) and from the lower and central Congo River basin, Democratic Republic of the Congo, including the Boumba River, Dja River basin in Cameroon. Not known more upstream than the bifurcation from the Ubangui and the Congo River. Not known from the Lukénie, Kwango and Kasai systems .
