Current distribution known : endemic to Lake Turkana .
Habitat / home range : post-larvae prefer the superficial layer while adults prefer the demersal zone up to 60 m .
Osteology : Howes, 1984 .
Reproduction : spawns in the open lake. Matures at about 2.2 cm FL .
Size : 23 mm SL .
