Aphyosemion gulare schwoiseri Scheel & Radda, 1974: 157, fig. 1. Type locality: "Malende-Nyaka, nördlich von Muyuka, nahe der Strasse von Buea nach Kumba in Westcamerun" (04°22'N-09°27'E). Holotype NMW n° 74.935; paratypes NMW n° 74.936.

Aphyosemion kribianum Radda, 1975 d: 4, fig. 7-8. Type locality: "Waterholes of a swampy spring area of a brook about 3 km upstream in primeval rainforest The brook crosses the Kribi-Campo road about 7 km south of Kribi, near the ferry accross the Lobo river, East Cameroon", southwestern Cameroon (02°54'N-09°54'E). Holotype and paratypes NMW, registration numbers unknown.
