Aquariology : very difficult to maintain in aquarium .

Common names : Hurmeviiripyrstö (Finnish) .
Current distribution known : found in northeastern Gabon between the Djoua and Djadie (or Zadie) River systems, Ivindo basin. The species may be found in the Minkebe National Park to the northwest of its known range, but this area is very difficult to sample .
