  • Current distribution known : known only from the Oshun river in western Nigeria, the Niger delta in southern Nigeria, and the Cross river in Nigeria and Cameroon. It has also been reported in the Nyanga and Ogowe rivers in south-western Gabon, but these records needs further confirmation .
