Current distribution known : currently known from two disjunct localities in the Congo River basin; the type locality, at Poko (Democratic Republic of Congo), and the Lekoli River, in the vicinity of Odzala (Republic of Congo). To date no specimens have been reported from the basin spanning these two regions .
