Holotype: ZSM 28094 (ex MRAC 94.05.P.0029); paratypes: ZSM 28095 (ex MRAC 94.05.P.0030-0032), 28096 (ex MRAC 94.05.P.0033), MRAC 94.05.P.0021 (ex ZSM 28905).
