  • Current distribution known : as currently recognized, its range extends from the east coast of Africa to Samoa and from Australia to the Ryukyu Islands. In the western Indian Ocean, its presence has been documented on the Comoros, both coasts of Madagascar, Réunion, and Mauritius, but confirmation of its presence in the Seychelles is lacking .
